Nick Currie (aka Momus) wrote a short, but effective piece for Wired entitled "Drop a Bomb on Keyboard Culture" in which he coins the phrase "the wilderness of opinion", wherein, according to Momus, we've all become "typing trolls" who "hack out text and throw it into public forums...."
Momus goes on to write about the problem of text without texture, or, simply put, to write less and experience life more.
Do yourselves a favor. Read this article in Wired, and then take Nick's advice. Write a little less, and do something that has some "texture" to it.

The ice cream my family went out and ate yesterday certainly had more texture than the blogging I might have gotten in during that same timeframe. It's important to stop and smell the roses - more often than a lot of us do.
