When I'm doing copywriting for high end products such as real estate, or anything that requires utmost inspiration, I listen to Acoustic Alchemy.
When I'm in a giddy mood and need to churn in work that's light and humorous, I'm usually listening to Hed Kandi. Beforehand, I try to set the mood by listening to stand up comedy. Jerry Seinfeld works best for me.
When I'm doing technical writing, I listen to classical music. It feels like I'm writing my next great masterpiece.

I also listen to music when I write, but I try to avoid the best of it. If something sounds so beautiful for me, I end up getting caught up in it and writing nothing at all.
