 One of the traits of writers that I admire is their ability to get stabs of opinions from people without revealing too much about their secret writing project. "Why, are you writing a book?" They may ask. "Why yes in fact. And it has this, this this this and that..." And sooner or later you've narrated the entire book that you still have not written. Writers should learn from a striptease. Don't reveal too much. Just yet. |
